Did you know it’s illegal to sell lemonade in AK without a permit? Alaska, along with 33 other states have laws making it technically illegal for kids to set up stands in the summer. That’s why Country Time has set up Legal-Ade a program that pays for the children’s permits or reimburses the family for any fines incurred during the serving of the summer-time beverage, up to $300.
